Hamilton Zanze, an investment firm, has recently sponsored the purchase of Arnada Pointe in Vancouver, Washington. The property is a garden-style apartment community with 200 homes. As part of this acquisition, Mission Rock Residential (an affiliate of Hamilton Zanze) will now manage the property. Located on the north bank of the Columbia River and just 11 miles from Portland, Oregon, this marks Hamilton Zanze’s first sponsored acquisition for 2025.
According to David Nelson (president and chief investment officer at Hamilton Zanze), “We are thrilled about acquiring Arnada Pointe as it presents an opportunity to obtain a valuable asset at a discounted price with potential for long-term growth.” He also noted that Vancouver has experienced rapid growth in recent years and has high demand for apartments.
Arnada Pointe was built in 2005 and offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes. It is conveniently located near downtown Vancouver with easy access to various dining options, retail stores and entertainment venues.
