Meridian Design Build has been chosen by Hillwood to construct two state-of-the-art industrial buildings at the Central Columbus Commerce 71 development. The project will feature Class A facilities that are designed for versatility and functionality.
Leading architectural services for this development are being provided by Red Architecture, while civil engineering services are being handled by Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. Marketing efforts for the project will be spearheaded by Joel Yakovac, SIOR and Michael Linder, SIOR of Colliers on behalf of Hillwood.
The two buildings will have a combined area of 624,004 square feet and will occupy a prime location on a 48-acre redevelopment site at Windsor Avenue and Joyce Avenue in Columbus. This strategic location provides easy access to major routes such as I-670, I-70,and I-71 as well as two international airports.
Construction is currently underway at the site with Building I spanning over an impressive 287,653 square feet while Building II covers an expansive area of 336351 square feet. Both structures have been thoughtfully designed to cater to diverse tenant needs in terms of size requirements.
This exciting new development is set to bring modern industrial spaces that meet high standards in design and functionality within the Northeast submarket of Columbus.
