Schedule Construction for $70M Lancaster Bottling Plant Now

Construction is scheduled to begin in July on a $70 million bottling plant that will create 70 jobs. Niagara Bottling’s 1.2 million-square foot industrial project will be located on 70 acres at 1535 E. Belt Line Rd., south of I-20 in Lancaster, California.

The Diamond Bar, California based bottled water manufacturer has announced an investment of approximately $70 million for the facility at 1535 East Belt Line Road and new details about the development indicate that the building cost is estimated to be around $13 million and it is expected to open early 2024; this figure does not include equipment costs associated with the project.
Austin architect Merriman Pitt Anderson has been appointed as designer for this addition which includes a two-story office space, lab room with upstairs utility area and processing support rooms along with other amenities required by Niagara Bottling operations team .

Niagara Bottling stands eligible to receive tax rebates worth at least $2.5 Million from local authorities upon completion of this project . The facility when completed ,will bottle private label brands for retailers including Walmart & Costco; additionally ,the building can also be extended further if needed depending upon future lines projected to bring in revenue worth up 180 Million Dollars .
