C&C Development Breaks Ground on Buena Park Affordable Housing Project

Construction has officially begun on the Lincoln Avenue Apartments, a new affordable housing community in Buena Park. Developed by C&C Development and Riverside Charitable Corporation, this project will provide much-needed housing for over 50 families and veterans in need.

The development will consist of four three-story buildings and is made possible through funding from various entities such as the City of Buena Park and CalOptima Health. In fact, CalOptima Health has generously provided an $8-million grant to support housing for Medi-Cal members.

Expected to be completed by October 2026, the Lincoln Avenue Apartments will offer a total of 54 affordable units. These units have been thoughtfully designed with specific populations in mind – five units are designated for student families, eleven are reserved for veterans, and thirteen are permanent supportive housing units for individuals with special needs or disabilities.

Todd Cottle, principal at C&C Development expressed his excitement about working on this project: “C&C Development is proud to contribute towards strengthening the availability of affordable housing options in Buena Park,” he said. “We are passionate about building communities like Lincoln Avenue Apartments through collaborative public-private partnerships that uplift low-income residents throughout Orange County.”
