HKS Real Estate Advisors has successfully arranged a $10.1 million loan through LMF to refinance the Hilton Garden Inn in Columbia, Maryland. The 98-key, 59,000-square-foot hotel is located at 8241 Snowden River Parkway and is owned and operated by Mukesh Majmudar of Star Hotels.
John Harrington of HKS was responsible for securing the financing for this project. The loan will be used to pay off an existing construction loan and support ongoing operations as well as future enhancements for the property. Currently, the hotel is undergoing a $1.5 million Property Improvement Plan (PIP) renovation.
Conveniently situated just off Route 100, this property offers easy access to downtown Columbia and The Mall in Columbia which are both only five miles away.
