Ft. Worth’s Clearfork mixed-use development is set to expand with a $400 million project, which will double the size of the 7,000-acre cattle operation founded in the mid-1800s. The developer for this expansion, Cassco Land Co., is asking for up to $22 million in tax incentives from City Council as part of their agreement with Autobahn luxury car dealerships who are relocating from White Settlement Road.
According to Ft. Worth Magazine, these incentives would be used towards building vehicle service centers and showrooms based around a parking garage that must also include 1,750 spaces and 350 new apartment units if approved by City Council. This ambitious project could bring more offices and retail space into Ft. Worth while providing Autobahn with an ideal location for their high end dealership services along Chisholm Trail Parkway .
