A team consisting of PEBB Enterprises, BH Group, and The Related Group have announced plans to redevelop the 29-acre Office Depot corporate campus in Boca Raton. According to reports from the South Florida Business Journal, their goal is to transform the current 651,265-square-foot complex at 6600 N. Military Trail into a mixed-use development featuring office space, retail options, residential units and a gym.
The redevelopment will take place in four phases:
Phase One: Demolition of the southern portion of the existing Office Depot complex will leave approximately 405,282 square feet for office use.
Phase Two: Four new buildings housing restaurants and retail spaces totaling about 42
