"Three Leases Secured at Midtown's Martin Building by Newmark"

Newmark has successfully negotiated three new office leases at 19 W. 34th St., also known as The Martin Building, in Midtown Manhattan on behalf of the property’s ownership. These transactions total 38,659 square feet and include new tenants PatientPoint (19,093 square feet) and Practice for Architecture Urbanism (4,289 square feet), as well as an expansion of existing tenant Centric Brands’ lease by 15,277 square feet.

Leading the leasing efforts for this property are Vice Chairman Jared Horowitz and Associate Director William Grover from Newmark’s team. They worked closely with PRD Realty to secure these leases on behalf of the landlord.

Horowitz expressed excitement about the recent surge in activity at The Martin Building due to its newly renovated pre-built suites and other improvements within the building. He looks forward to welcoming each tenant into their new space and continuing this momentum throughout the year to fully realize the potential of this asset.

Originally built in 1905 by Warren & Wetmore architects, The Martin Building offers a total of 247,460-square-feet of office space.
