Bridge Logistics Properties Acquires Industrial Warehouse in New Jersey

Bridge Investment Group Holdings’ subsidiary, Bridge Logistics Properties (BLP), has acquired 1-5 Plant Road in Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey. The property encompasses 202,000 square feet of warehouse space and a half-acre parking lot. Located in the Meadowlands industrial market, the location provides access to Newark Liberty International Airport and the Ports of New York/New Jersey.

Will Gilkeson, Vice President at BLP expressed his enthusiasm for this acquisition: “We’re thrilled to add 1-5 Plant Road to our Meadowlands portfolio as it was a rare opportunity to acquire such a functional property with scale in one of America’s most sought after industrial markets.”

The transaction was sourced off-market by Leo Josephs & Company’s Leo Josephs and Joshua Meisner.
