ATCO Properties & Management has announced lease renewals totaling 24,102 square feet with four office tenants. Cornerstone Office Services will remain on the entire 14th floor of the 555 Fifth Avenue building, while Telsey Holdings, a woman-owned brokerage firm, has renewed its lease on the 7th floor. Building ownership was represented in-house by Kate Hemmerdinger Goodman, co-president of ATCO Properties & Management for these two leases.
N-Tier Financial Services also renewed their leases at 381 Park Avenue South and were represented by Jared Newman from CBRE. Additionally SBR Wovens – a textile firm – renewed their 2408 square foot space on 13th floor and 100 square feet in basement at same address; Hemmerdinger Goodman again representing building ownership with no tenant broker involved in transaction.
This announcement marks an important milestone for ATCO Properties & Management as they successfully secure long term occupancy agreements across multiple properties within New York City’s commercial real estate market .
