Maryland-based retailer Tim’s Furniture Mart has inked a new lease with Simon Property Group for 67,320 square feet of space at Hagerstown Premium Outlets in Hagerstown, Maryland. The store plans to open its doors during the summer and will occupy a free-standing space previously occupied by Wolf’s Furniture and used temporarily for COVID-19 vaccine administration.
Hagerstown Premium Outlets is home to tenants such as Adidas, Brooks Brothers Factory Store, Gap Outlet and J. Crew Factory. Lee & Associates represented the landlord in this leasing transaction with Bill Harrison leading the team along with Steve Weiss and Ben Brooks providing assistance.
