Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors successfully facilitated the sale of two separate buildings in Rancho Cucamonga, which were occupied by a Chipotle Mexican Grill and an adjacent Starbucks Drive-Thru. The transaction closed at a price of $6.22 million.
The seller, Chase Partners Ltd., based in Glendale, was represented by Hanley’s EVPs Bill Asher and Jeff Lefko. The buyer, a private investor from Los Angeles, was represented by Shirley Kim at Epique Realty.
Chase Partners Ltd., known for their expertise in retail and industrial development since 1993 in Southern California, had completed extensive renovations on the property including expanding the Starbucks location. Michael Carter served as project manager for Chase during this process.
Asher stated that they received multiple offers from qualified buyers primarily located in Southern California due to their strong broker relationships. Ultimately, they were able to secure an all-cash offer from a repeat buyer which ensured a smooth and timely closing before the end of the year.
