Coronado Ridge Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a 121-bed facility in Henderson, Nevada has been sold by CREC Real Estate and The Calida Group for $33 million. Formerly known as Horizon Ridge, the property was purchased by an undisclosed buyer. JLL’s Mark Wintner led a team that collaborated with the firm’s Seniors Housing Capital Markets team to facilitate this transaction. This sale marks one of the highest prices per bed ever recorded for a skilled nursing facility in Nevada.
Situated on 2.3 acres at 2855 W. Horizon Ridge Parkway, Coronado Ridge is located near other healthcare facilities such as a memory care center and Dignity Health Rehabilitation Hospital.
Built in 2017, Coronado Ridge spans two stories and features 90 resident rooms with a total of 121 licensed beds. The property covers over 68,000 square feet and offers amenities such as spa rooms, dining areas, interior courtyards,and outdoor recreational spaces along with parking space for up to eighty vehicles.
