Clear Height Properties, a real estate investor based in Oak Brook, Illinois, has joined forces with Harbert US Real Estate to acquire a multi-building light industrial portfolio in Cincinnati, Ohio. The investment strategy is sponsored by Harbert Management Corporation and the portfolio was purchased from a fund managed by Brookfield Asset Management.
The five buildings included in the portfolio are located within two separate complexes. The first complex is situated in Blue Ash and consists of two adjacent buildings totaling 77,500 square feet with eight units. The second complex is located in Springdale and comprises three adjacent buildings totaling 154,241 square feet with eleven units.
Rick Nevarez, Director of Acquisitions & Ohio Market Lead at Clear Height Properties stated that they are excited to enter the Cincinnati market through this acquisition. He also mentioned their plans to expand their presence of light industrial properties within the city.
