Alan Clifton, a seasoned real estate professional with over 30 years of experience in acquisitions, finance and management, has been promoted to COO at Passco Companies. Passco is a top national investment firm that specializes in Class A multifamily properties.
In his new role as COO, Clifton will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence and efficiency within the company. He will also oversee resource management and foster cross-functional collaboration among departments. With his extensive knowledge of the industry and strong leadership skills, he aims to drive organizational success by aligning all departments towards achieving their business goals.
