TRS, a real estate services company, has announced that Messerli Kramer, a law firm based in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota, has signed a long-term lease at 50 South Sixth. This 29-story office building is located in Minneapolis’s Central Business District.
Representing the owner Mapletree Investments were Transwestern Vice President Trinette Wacker and Principal Reed Christianson. Transwestern also manages the building. The law firm was represented by brokers David Buyse and Rory Johnson from Corporate Tenant Advisors.
Wacker expressed excitement about seeing tenants commit to growing downtown Minneapolis’s vibrant energy. She noted that it is encouraging to see downtown bounce back and offer a mix of new business opportunities, cultural experiences, and community connections that make it an incredible place to live, work,and grow.
Designed by architect Peter Van Cechten of Skidmore Owings & Merrill , 50 South Sixth opened its doors in 2001,making it one of the newest Class A buildings available for lease in Minneapolis.
