Hines has announced the opening of The Square, a flexible workspace platform, at the Bowen Building in Washington D.C. this fall. Owned by JPMorgan Chase and managed by Hines, The Square will be its fifth location globally and provide furnished offices and suites in a Class AA space with flexible memberships including enterprise suites, private offices and suites, shared workspaces as well as monthly memberships to accommodate up to 225 people.
Executive Director at JPMorgan Chase D’Juan O’Donald commented on the partnership stating “the hybrid work environment creates variable demand for office space which requires creative office solutions; partnering with Hines to bring The Square to the Bowen Building is our direct response these changing needs.” In addition to offering access building amenities such as rooftop lounge spaces or fitness centers for tenants’ convenience.
