Landmark Event Co. has acquired Seattle’s iconic Pier 70 building on the waterfront for $11 million, according to a report by Connect CRE.

Originally built in 1902, this historic property was once featured on MTV’s “The Real World” and includes not only the pier itself but also office space and restaurants. Located at 2801 Alaskan Way with an additional parcel backing up to the shore, it currently boasts a 36% occupancy rate with a parking garage that can accommodate up to 116 vehicles and approximately 70,000 square feet of vacant space.
