Western Securities, a Canadian-owned company, has announced plans to construct Chadwick Farms, a 60-acre mixed-use development in Northlake. Located just north of the DFW metro area, Northlake is home to approximately 5,000 residents.
According to Community Impact magazine, Chadwick Farms will feature up to 900 multi-family units and a hotel with over 150 rooms. Additionally, there will be space for restaurants and retail totaling about 60
