Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) has appointed David Johnson as Managing Director in its Atlanta office. With more than 30 years of commercial real estate finance experience, Johnson will report to Marc Sznajderman, Senior Vice President and Head of Production for the Eastern Region.
In his new role, Johnson will be responsible for originating and placing debt and equity financings across a variety of property types with particular expertise in net lease retail and medical office properties. He also brings close relationships with numerous funding sources from his prior roles at Piedmont Highlands Capita (founder/principal), BB&T, Grandbridge Real Estate Capital. His educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from University of Tennessee at Chattanooga plus a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University.
