Solana at Duarte Station, the latest luxury apartment community from MBK Rental Living, is now accepting pre-leasing applications. Situated in Duarte near the City of Hope Medical Campus and the Duarte Station neighborhood, this five-story complex features 292 units on a 3.43-acre property with an eight-story parking structure.
The first residents are expected to move in by late February. According to Ken McCarren, president of MBK Rental Living, this development marks their second project in Duarte and demonstrates their commitment to this thriving city. With its close proximity to Esperanza at Duarte Station (MBK’s previous development), Solana will help address housing needs within the area.
Construction for Solana began in December 2022 and is modeled after Esperanza’s wrap-style design. The grand opening for Esperanza took place in March 2023 on a neighboring 4.3-acre site owned by MBK Rental Living.
