Northmarq is expanding its investment sales coverage in Florida with the addition of Ken Delvillar, a senior vice president based in Orlando. Boasting more than 18 years of experience specializing in the brokerage of investment grade existing apartment communities and development opportunities, Delvillar will collaborate with Luis Elorza, managing director – investment sales to provide multifamily advisory services throughout South-West Central and Northern Florida markets.
Prior to joining Northmarq, Delvillar held positions as managing director at JLL Capital Markets’ Orlando office; worked on Cushman & Wakefield’s multi-housing team; and was a director for Marcus & Millichap. Throughout his career he has been involved in over 200 multi-housing property transactions valued at $6 billion across Central and Northern Florida.
Delvillar holds certifications from both Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) organizations as well as memberships from National Multi-Housing Council (NMHC) and Florida Apartment Association (FAA).
