"Chicago Light Industrial Portfolio Acquired by SL Industrial Partners"

SL Industrial Partners, a division of The Silverman Group, has recently purchased a collection of 17 buildings totaling 925,391 square feet in the Chicago area. This portfolio was previously owned by an institutional owner and was sold with the assistance of Cushman & Wakefield’s Vice Chairs Mike Tenteris, Adam Tyler, and Jim Carpenter.

The three business parks included in this acquisition will now be known as SL Business Center at Buffalo Grove (406,406 square feet), SL Business Center at Vernon Hills (281,340 square feet), and SL Business Center at Elgin (237.645 square feet). With this purchase nearly doubling their presence in the Chicago market from 800.000 to just under 2 million square feet.

According to Blake Silverman , President of The Silverman Group , smaller flex spaces are highly sought after by businesses due to their functionality and prime location within industrial facilities. This acquisition further solidifies SL Industrial Partners’ commitment to providing top-quality industrial spaces for businesses in need.
