NDG, a leading development group, recently secured an $84.5 million loan from Apollo for their latest project, The Julia Residences in Miami’s Allapattah neighborhood.
The luxurious residential tower opened its doors in May 2024 and quickly reached full occupancy with a 97% rate just five months later in October of the same year.
