NDG, a leading development group, recently secured an $84.5 million loan from Apollo for their latest project, The Julia Residences in Miami’s Allapattah neighborhood.

The luxurious residential tower opened its doors in May 2024 and quickly reached full occupancy with a 97% rate just five months later in October of the same year. With a total cost of $140 million and standing at 14 stories tall, The Julia boasts 323 apartments complete with top-of-the-line amenities and over 13,000 square feet of retail space on the ground level.

Each unit features its own balcony offering breathtaking views of the Miami skyline as well as popular areas such as Miami Beach and Coral Gables.

Conveniently located at 1625 NW Street Street, residents have easy access to various transportation options including the Civic Center Metrorail Station. Additionally, renowned medical facilities like Jackson Memorial Hospital and University of Miami Health System are within walking distance along with educational institutions like Miami-Dade College Medical Center. With this new addition under their belt NDG now owns over one thousand completed apartments that they manage themselves throughout urban core areas in Miami while also having another thirteen hundred fifty units currently being permitted or developed alongside plans for an additional three thousand one hundred fifty-five units across South Florida making them leaders within this market segment.
