A new medical center has been completed in the Gateway-Green Valley Ranch neighborhood of northeast Denver by a partnership between Remedy Medical Properties and Kayne Anderson Real Estate, both based in Chicago. The UCHealth Green Valley Ranch Medical Center is situated just minutes away from Denver International Airport within a master-planned community.
The state-of-the-art facility, located at 5589 N. Argonne St., spans over 12,170 square feet and features urgent care services as well as primary care, imaging, and physical therapy. Davis Partnership Architects led the design process while Kimley-Horn provided civil engineering services and Howell Construction served as general contractor for the project.
According to Jim Moylan of Remedy Medical Properties, UCHealth was seeking a new location for their urgent care and outpatient services due to their lease expiring on an older facility in the area. With this new medical center strategically positioned within a diverse and growing community thanks to Remedy’s efforts, it will better serve its patients’ needs.
