Bridge Housing Breaks Ground on Portland Housing Development

Today, BRIDGE Housing began construction on HollywoodHUB, an affordable housing community located at the Hollywood Transit Center in Portland. This transit-oriented development will be situated at 4030 NE Halsey Street and is expected to be finished by 2027. It will become one of the largest affordable housing communities in the Portland Metro region.

Developed by BRIDGE Housing on land owned by TriMet, this 12-story building will feature a total of 222 affordable apartments and two managers’ units. Its prime location offers easy access to three MAX light rail lines and three bus lines as well as major employment centers. Resident services will also be provided through Impact NW.

The project has received support from key partners such as TriMet, Metro, Portland Housing Bureau, and KeyBank. The architect for this development is Holst while O’Neill Walsh Community Builders serves as its General Contractor.
