Bryan Tower Revitalization: Woods Capital's Latest Project

Woods Capital is revamping Bryan Tower, a 40-story downtown Dallas property with over a million square feet that it purchased last year. The company has pledged $10 million to upgrade the building and plans to commence work in September 2023 with an estimated completion date of August 2024. Woods Capital intends to renovate the ground floor, second floor, elevator cabs and site as part of this historic adaptive reuse project. When complete, 425 residential units will be added to the recognizable tower.

This isn’t Woods Capital’s first foray into revamping office buildings for other uses; they recently turned around Santander Tower by adding 64 luxury hotel rooms and 220 residential units while also transforming Comerica Bank Tower into a mixed-use development featuring 150 hotel rooms and 230 residential units. With their experience in adaptive reuse projects combined with their commitment towards modernizing Bryan Tower through renovation efforts, Woods Capital continues its mantra of “revamp, renovate & reuse.”
