Newmark recently facilitated the sale of a Class B office building in Boston, located at 10 Liberty Square & 12 Post Office Square. The undisclosed seller was represented by Co-head of U.S. Capital Markets Robert Griffin, Boston Capital Markets Executive Vice Chairman Edward Maher, Vice Chairman Matthew Pullen, Executive Managing Director James Tribble, Senior Managing Director Samantha Hallowell and Associate Director William Sleeper.
Working alongside them were Boston Multifamily Executive Managing Director Michael Byrne, Senior Managing Directors Thomas Greeley and Devlin Man and Associate Directors Casey Griffin and Joseph Alvarado from Newmark’s team as well as Associate Directors Casey Valente from Boston Private Capital. The buyer for the property was Edge Property; however the sale price has not been disclosed.
