Expansion of Private Equity Firm's Offices at 101 Park Ave.

Incline Equity Partners, a private equity firm, has recently expanded its presence at H.J. Kalikow & Co. LLC’s 101 Park Ave. in Midtown Manhattan to a total of 32,198 square feet. The expansion includes an additional 14,198 square feet on the 47th floor to complement their existing space of 18,000 square feet on the property’s 46th floor.

According to Kathryn H. Kalikow from the Kalikow Organization: “101 Park Avenue offers all the necessary features for top companies in New York City today – a prime location with easy access to multiple transportation options, flexible design that caters to both individual work and collaboration needs, extensive amenities and a lively social hub for tenants and community members alike.” She believes that this property is perfect for Incline Equity Partners’ continued growth.

The expansion was facilitated by JLL vice chairman Alexander Chudnoff along with senior managing director Nick Francic and vice chairman Harrison Potter who represented Incline Equity Partners during negotiations. Cushman & Wakefield executive vice chairman John Cefaly and managing director Nicholas Dysenchuk acted as representatives for ownership.
