"Seattle Tower Welcomes New Location of Ghost Note Coffee"

Ghost Note Coffee, a specialty coffee shop located in Capitol Hill, has recently opened its second location in downtown Seattle. The new café is situated on the ground floor of the historic Seattle Tower and was leased by Kidder Mathews First Vice President Jason Miller on behalf of DP Bunker Hill, LLC – a commercial real estate investment company.

Following the success of their flagship store at 1623 Bellevue Avenue in Capitol Hill, Ghost Note Coffee’s new location at 3rd Avenue and University Street fills a gap for coffee options within walking distance in this neighborhood. According to Miller, this lease reflects growing confidence among retailers towards the downtown market and showcases both the city’s resilience and support for local businesses.

Originally known as Northern Life Tower when it was built in 1928, Seattle Tower stood as the tallest building west of Mississippi River during that time. It is also recognized as Seattle’s first Art Deco building with its impressive 27-story structure.
