JLL recently facilitated an office lease for the Children’s Law Center at Capitol Crossing, located at 250 Massachusetts Avenue, NW in downtown Washington D.C. The leasing and marketing of Capitol Crossing is managed by JLL’s Evan Behr, Nathan Beach and Mac Hall. Representing Children’s Law Center are Avison Young’s Jonathan Danziger and Transwestern’s Tyler Marshall.
The legal group is set to move into their new 15,000-square-foot office space in November 2025. According to Managing Director Nathan Beach of JLL: “Capitol Crossing will provide an ideal headquarters for Children’s Law Center as they continue their important work.” He added that the location offers a perfect combination of modern amenities and a central location with easy access to DC’s diverse dining, shopping and entertainment options near Metro stations.
