The Miami Marlins are the latest addition to a growing list of professional sports teams that have or plan to create mixed-use entertainment spaces at their stadium complexes. In partnership with The Cordish Companies, the team will be developing Miami Live! – an exciting new entertainment destination located at loanDepot park. This development will feature a variety of indoor and outdoor dining options, as well as entertainment experiences suitable for all ages.
As a leader in sports-anchored mixed-use developments, The Cordish Companies has partnered with numerous top professional sports franchises and media companies across the country including the St. Louis Cardinals, Texas Rangers, Philadelphia Flyers, Comcast Spectacor, Bally Sports,NBC Sports Professional Bull Riders,and Sporting KC.In Florida alone,the company currently operates projects in Miami and Orlando,and is also working on developing a 223-acre resort destination in Pompano Beach.
Miami Live! is expected to open its doors for business by early 2026.
