The Miami Marlins are the latest professional sports team to jump on the trend of developing mixed-use entertainment venues at their stadium complexes. In partnership with The Cordish Companies, they will be creating Miami Live! – a new entertainment development located at loanDepot park. This exciting project will feature a variety of indoor and outdoor dining and entertainment options suitable for all ages.

Miami Live! is expected to open its doors to the public by early 2026.
