Dominium has recently completed the acquisition of land for three new housing projects in Surprise and Maricopa, providing a total of 800 units. The first project, Arterra, will offer 388 affordable apartments for families in Surprise. It will feature a clubhouse, fitness center, pool and playground. Orchard Springs is another project located in Surprise that will provide 211 apartment homes for seniors with amenities such as a clubhouse, pool, fitness center theater and salon rooms.
To be eligible to live at Arterra or Orchard Springs residents must earn less than 60% of the median income. These projects are strategically located along Loop 303’s rapid growth trajectory and W.D Construction from Phoenix has been selected to construct them while Todd & Associates from Phoenix have been chosen as architects by Dominium Construction Services.
The third project called Saddleback Village at Stonegate is Dominium’s first Build-to-Rent community situated in Maricopa offering private backyards with outdoor amenity spaces along with playgrounds . To qualify to live here residents must also earn less than 60% of the median income.
Lifestyle Homes based out Scottsdale have been awarded construction duties while Todd & Associates once again take on architect responsibilities . All three projects are being supported by federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credits.
