Construction has officially begun on Medley, a 43-acre mixed-use community in Johns Creek developed by Toro Development Company (TDC). The grand opening for this $560 million project is set to take place on October 29, 2026.
In November of 2024, TDC secured financing for the project with an equity investment from Ascentris and a $158 million construction loan from Banco Inbursa. This will cover the first phase of development.
Medley will be located at the intersection of McGinnis Ferry Road and Johns Creek Parkway. It will feature over 150,000 square feet of retail space including restaurants and entertainment options. Additionally, there will be a boutique hotel with 175 rooms, over 110,000 square feet of office space,and approximately750 multifamily residences. Empire Communities will also build133 townhomes as part of this development along with a Plaza spanning25 ,000 square feet.
To prepare for groundbreaking,TDC has already demolished a350 ,000-square-foot office building on site.More than25 brands have been lined up to join Medley’s retail offerings so far.These include popular names such as Sephoraand High Country Outfitters.A neighborhood grocer is also expected to open within Medley’s premises upon completion.
