Saint Grand, a collaboration between Mavrek, Double Eagle Development, Luxury Living, and GW Properties, has announced that Club Studio Fitness will be leasing 45,000 square feet across the first, fourth and fifth floors of their building at 535 N St. Clair.
Madison Rose’s Adam Pines and Matt Pistorio represented Mavrek in this deal while Savills’ Robert Sevim and Cullen Hurley worked with Real Source’s Ted Slaughter and John Kalamaras to represent Club Studio Fitness. The retail leasing efforts were led by Elan Rasansky and Anthony Campagni on behalf of the development team.
Within just six months of receiving its final certificate of occupancy,the development has achieved an impressive 95% occupancy rate for its residential rentals.
