"KnitWell Expands and Renews Lease to 246K SF at BXP's 7 Times Square"

On Monday, BXP announced the signing of a long-term lease renewal and expansion with KnitWell Group at 7 Times Square in Midtown Manhattan. The renewed lease covers approximately 246,000 square feet and includes the existing space of 191,000 square feet as well as two additional full floors totaling around 55,000 square feet.

According to Hilary Spann, EVP of BXP’s New York region: “7 Times Square is an unbeatable location at the heart of New York City’s busiest transportation and entertainment hub. KnitWell Group’s decision to renew and expand their lease reflects our commitment to providing top-notch amenities and flexible workspaces that empower our clients’ growth.”

The leasing negotiations were handled by a CBRE team consisting of Eric Deutsch, Ken Meyerson, Jared Freede Ariel Ball ,and Elliot Bok on behalf of KnitWell. Heather Kahn from BXP represented ownership in the process.

Developed by BXP,the building spans over1.25 million square feetand recently underwent enhancements for its amenities including conference facilities,a client lounge,and café services.
