Arosa Developers has proposed a new project to build the tallest building in Fort Lauderdale. The town planning board will soon vote on their plans for a 600-foot-tall, 54-story structure located at 314 NE 3rd Street.
The design of the building is by FSMY Architects & Planners, based in Fort Lauderdale. It will feature a total of 607 apartments ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom units, as well as commercial space measuring at approximately 3,727 square feet. Additionally, there will be parking for up to 659 vehicles and an exciting rooftop bar. This development is planned for construction on a vacant lot spanning over27,000 square feet between two existing buildings: The Rise at Flagler Village (30 stories) and Nola Lofts.
To increase the density of this project, Arosa Developers has agreed to contribute $10
