PMT Partners recently sold the York Ridge Shopping Center, located in Charlotte’s Steele Creek area, for $16.9 million to Old York LLC. According to the Charlotte Business Journal, this property was last sold for $8.1 million in 2001.
The shopping center spans 11 acres and is situated at 11112 Tryon St. It was built in 1999 and boasted full occupancy at the time of its sale. The anchor tenant is Crunch Fitness, which occupies a whopping 44,000 square feet of space. Other notable tenants include Sabor Latin Street Grill, Jersey Mike’s, China Tea and A Taste of Havana – a Cuban restaurant.
The transaction was facilitated by TSCG on behalf of PMT Partners while Ascent Real Estate Partners represented Old York as their buyer’s agent.
