Elizabeth Holmes has been appointed as the new vice president of capital markets, private capital at Ryan Companies. In this position, she will focus on developing and maintaining relationships with various sources of funding while also managing existing partnerships. Holmes brings a wealth of experience to her role, having previously served as vice president of private capital at multiple family offices and a family-owned development firm where she successfully secured outside investments for real estate projects.
