JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality division facilitated the sale of Parker Beach Lodge, a 50-room hotel located on Cape Cod. The undisclosed private owner was represented by JLL’s managing director Alan Suzuki, senior director Matthew Enright and associate Emily Zhang. The new ownership group has appointed Jamsan Hotel Management to manage the property.
Parker Beach Lodge recently underwent extensive renovations in 2021 and 2022, resulting in a turnkey condition according to JLL. The hotel boasts 50 rooms including two suites, as well as an outdoor pool and the Parker Swim Shop which offers beach toys, snacks and other items for purchase.
Conveniently located at 192 S Shore Dr., South Yarmouth MA off MA Route28,the hotel is just a short distance from Hyannis,Boston,and Providence.The popular Yarmouth beach,Parker’s River Beach,is also easily accessible from Parker Beach Lodge.
This recent transaction marks the change of hands for this newly renovated Cape Cod destination.
