Colliers recently oversaw the sale of a cutting-edge industrial parking facility in Philadelphia’s Byberry East Industrial Park. The property, situated on seven acres, was purchased from PIDC (Philadelphia’s public-private economic development corporation) by a regional investor and developer.
Leading the transaction were Senior Vice Presidents Brad Boone and Brian McCurdy of Colliers. Located at 2703 Black Lake, this state-of-the-art facility was built in 2020 and boasts electric vehicle infrastructure with charging stations. Currently under a long-term net lease to a global e-commerce firm, it is highly sought after due to its prime location in one of Philadelphia’s busiest industrial areas as well as its modern amenities.
According to Brad Boone, “2703 Black Lake perfectly meets the needs of today’s distributors by offering ample outdoor storage space along with strategic positioning and top-notch infrastructure. This makes it an exceptional asset within the Philadelphia region.”
