Renovations at Staten Island University Hospital's Cancer Center by Plaza Construction

Plaza Construction, in collaboration with Central Consulting & Contracting, is close to completing the Comprehensive Cancer Center’s North Campus at Staten Island University Hospital. The project involves renovating portions of the first and second floors of the Radiation Oncology Wing and adding a vertical expansion on the third floor. The first floor will house radiation oncology services and support while also serving as its main entrance. Meanwhile, medical oncology will occupy renovated space on the second floor while chemotherapy infusion services along with a satellite pharmacy are set to be housed in an additional third-floor construction.

Thomas D’Ercole, executive vice president of Plaza Construction expressed his enthusiasm for this opportunity: “We are proud to have been awarded this chance to upgrade such an esteemed healthcare location in Staten Island; it is exciting for us to be part of transforming healthcare into what it needs today.”
