Barsala is soon launching 72 units at Aurora Luxury Apartments in Madison, AL, through a partnership with Kittle Property Group Inc. This will account for 22-percent of the 324 apartments in the community and be transformed into high-end short-term rentals to meet the growing need for corporate housing. Lease-up efforts begin June 1.
Jason Istrin, VP of Real Estate at Barsala commented on this opportunity saying “When there’s an influx of demand in a tertiary market like Madison, AL it demonstrates just how vast and widespread that demand is.” He further added “Aurora is a fantastic project adding product to an otherwise underserved market. Our partnership with The Kittle Group made sense as we’re able to monetize their vacancy during lease up period while also adding vital new revenue stream.”
The increasing need for flexible housing has led Barsala to marketing and managing these properties effectively as rental downtrend continues across many markets nationwide.
