Security Properties, in partnership with a Rockwood Capital affiliate, has completed the purchase of NV Apartments in Portland, Oregon. The multifamily property was built in 2016 and consists of 284 units.
Located in the vibrant North Pearl District of Portland, NV Apartments is ideally situated along 13th Avenue. Its prime location offers residents easy access to a variety of retail stores, restaurants and recreational activities within walking distance. Security Properties Residential will be managing the property.
The apartment complex features one- and two-bedroom floor plans with modern wood grain laminate cabinets equipped with under-mount lighting. The interiors also boast stainless steel appliances, hard surface countertops with under-mount sinks and vinyl plank flooring.
