A partnership between Range Equity Management, Lodging Capital Partners, and Oaktree Capital has successfully closed a $99 million financing deal for two hotels in the Rocky Mountains. The properties include the Viewline Resort with 254 rooms and the Wildwood Hotel with 158 rooms, both located mid-mountain in Snowmass, Colorado. The ownership group consists of High Street Real Estate Partners, ACRON Group and RGP Partners.
The loan was used to refinance these two properties which are situated in an ideal location within Snowmass Village. The Viewline Resort is part of the Autograph Collection and offers guests a ski-in/ski-out experience as well as family-friendly activities throughout all seasons. With amenities such as 20 suites, spa services, private ski/bike concierge services,
a heated mountainside pool with sundeck and terrace,
an onsite fitness center,
and over 24
000 square feet of event space at both the resort
and adjacent Viewline Event Center.
Meanwhile its sister property Wildwood Snowmass boasts a prime location just steps away from Snowmass Village.
This recent transaction highlights successful collaboration among multiple partners to secure funding for these premier mountain resorts.
