In spring 2025, Nordstrom, Inc. will be opening a new location of their off-price retail division, Nordstrom Rack in Nashua, NH. The store will span 30,000 square feet and will be situated in Royal Ridge Center – a popular shopping center managed by Wilder, a Boston-based retail real estate firm.
Paige Quigley , Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Wilder expressed enthusiasm for the collaboration with the Nordstrom Rack team to ensure a successful opening in Nashua. She believes that this addition to the center’s tenant mix will attract more visitors and provide access to high-quality brands at affordable prices.
The trade area for Royal Ridge Center covers several towns including Lowell,Methuen,Lawrence Leominster,Tyngsboro,and Fitchburg in Massachusetts as well as Nashua,Hudson,Windham,Derry,Merrimack,Milford,and Hollisin New Hampshire.The current tenant base includes Marshalls,Sierra Trading Post HomeGoods,PetSmart,and The Paper Store.Nordstrom Rack offers customers up to 70% off on top brands and is part of the renowned retailer,Nordstrom.
