ATCO Properties & Management recently finalized three leasing deals totaling 6,087 square feet at their office tower located at 381 Park Ave. South in Manhattan’s Midtown South district. The transactions were as follows:
– Continental Realty Corporation, a full-service commercial real estate and investment company, signed a new lease for 1,191 square feet of office space. The deal was represented by Robert Tunis, Kyle Berlinsky and Joseph Mangiacotti of Colliers on behalf of the building ownership team while Jacob Wolkenfeld from Norman Bobrow & Co. represented Continental Realty Corporation.
– Maria B. Campbell Associates Inc., a literary scouting company, leased 2,957 square feet of space in the building with representation from Tunis,Berlinsky and Mangiacotti on behalf of the building ownership team and Hannah Gerard from CBRE representing Maria B.Campbell Associates.
– Industrial Development Funding LLC expanded their presence in the building by signing a new lease for an additional 660 square feet to add to their existing space totaling1 ,939squarefeet.KateHemmerdingerGoodmanhandledtheleasingnegotiationswiththetenantherself.Thesetransactionshighlightourcommitmenttoofferingtop-qualityspacesandexceptionalservicesthatmeetthegrowingneedsofbusinessesinMidtownSouth,”saidHemmerdingerGoodman.
