Colliers’ Jonathon Connor, Francis Prock, and Jason Simon recently represented FCA Partners in a 99,421-square-foot lease to the Chicago Department of Aviation (CDA) at U.S. Cellular Plaza.
FCA has owned this property since 2011 without any debt and has recently completed a $15 million capital improvement project. The three-building office complex is located at 8410/8420/8430 W. Bryn Mawr Ave in Chicago.
The CDA will occupy floors five through nine of the 8420 building with representation from Avison Young’s Fred Ishler. They will be relocating from their current facility on O’Hare’s grounds to this new space immediately.
U.S. Cellular Plaza consists of three eleven-story Class A buildings with numerous amenities for its tenants. According to senior vice president Jonathon Connor, Colliers’ continued investment in this prime location continues to attract potential tenants due to its exceptional amenities and convenient access to major highways, downtown Chicago, and O’Hare airport.
