"Stockton Welcomes Trammell Crow's Home Depot Build-to-Suit Project Launch"

Trammell Crow Company (TCC) and their joint venture partner, Realty Income Corporation, have begun construction on a 655,200-square-foot building for The Home Depot in Stockton. This industrial facility is located at 320 McCloy Ave. in the Port of Stockton and is expected to be completed by 2026.

According to TCC principal Will Parker, this project has been a collaborative effort over several years. He expressed excitement about starting construction on this important project that will bring a state-of-the-art industrial building to the local market. The new facility will be able to handle bulk and oversized deliveries and its strategic location near Interstate 5 provides easy access throughout the region.

The architect of record for this project is MacGregor Associates while Arch-Con Corporation serves as the general contractor. Cushman & Wakefield’s Tyson Vallenari represented the Port of Stockton while CBRE’s Tom Davis represented TCC in securing the ground lease agreement.
